Allied Student Accommodation Ltd has awarded a long-term contract to City Room Rentals to deliver the provision of hotel booking services across their Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) asset in Edinburgh.
City Room Rentals, a specialist in booking management services for Universities and purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) providers, has secured a long-term accommodation contract with Allied Student Accommodation Ltd, a leading national PBSA provider. Under this contract, City Room Rentals will provide hotel booking services for the Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) provider at Edinburgh College Residence. While all booking management services will be handled by City Room Rentals, Allied Student Accommodation Ltd will retain on-site operational management throughout.
