Now in its’ 12th year, this is the UK’s leading student housing event which is organised by the business magazine, Property Week. This full-day event allows Universities, Operators, Investors and Agents to discuss the challenges and opportunities within the sector. Later, celebrating those companies at the forefront of the industry. The awards are split into 12 categories. As a result, City Room Rentals are one of seven companies shortlisted for Agency Team of the Year. This award will be presented to the organisation who offer exceptional professional services and value to its clients. In addition, the Judges added:
“Outstanding agency teams possess an in-depth expertise and ability in all areas of student accommodation. You will ensure that clients receive the best possible advice, support, and guidance. You will make a real difference to your clients’ business and have a strong track record to prove it.”
