Orwell Terrace is an ideal location for visiting during the summer period and in particular during the Edinburgh International Fringe! A stone's throw from the Royal Mile, Scottish Parliament buildings and a 15-minute walk to Edinburgh University. Princess Street is also within walking distance, including Edinburgh Castle and Arthur's Seat!

The property has 24-hour security cover and on-site customer service and maintenance teams are on hand if you need them. Housekeeping is included when staying 14 nights or longer.

All bills and Wi-Fi are included in your rent and for Festival and leisure groups, weekly/monthly rates include Wi-Fi, hotel bed linen, bath and hand towels along with duvet and pillows and tea towel. Included within the kitchen is a cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, pots, pans, kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery and glassware
