Searching for some entertainment? - Visit the Gate, it is only ten minutes away from the Northumbria City Campus by foot. It offers a wide variety of bars, nightclubs and restaurants. Also, you can find a cinema and a casino there.
The famous landmarks - Take a journey to the Angel of the North.You’ll never feel smaller, if you stand next to this proud 66-foot-tall statue. You don’t like high things? Then visit the gorgeous Whitley Bay and enjoy the amazing view of the sea.
Enjoy free movies - The Tyneside Bar Café offers every Sunday a free classic movie and they have a Cult Film Night every Monday evening. Meet up with your friends, take a seat, order some food and enjoy a free movie.
Visit the hidden outdoor viewing platform of the Baltic - Enjoy an overwhelming panoramic view of Newcastle’s skyline.
